As a result there is often a delay in processing your order of up to one business day or occasionally more in certain circumstances. Gift Card & Coupons
Gift cards and coupons that are provided can only be used for on-line purchases. Gift cards and coupons are not accepted as payment from truck or contract purchases.

Product Pricing
On-line prices are only good for on-line purchases. Prices from tuck or contract purchases are different. All prices are nonnegotiable.

Refund Policy
Online store refunds are issued in the form of vouchers that can only be used on our website store. We only give refunds in exceptional circumstances. This decision is held at the discretion of management. Refunds can only be issued within 14 days of payment. Relocation refunds are not covered within this policy.
